Dr. Fatemeh Baftechi
Dr. Fatemeh Baftechi’s journey into dentistry began with a deep-rooted passion for helping others and a fascination with the art and science of dental care. From a young age, she knew she wanted to be a dentist and started her career as a dental assistant right after high school. This early experience solidified her desire to positively impact people's lives through dentistry.
Education and Professional Journey
Dr. Baftechi pursued her undergraduate education at George Mason University, where she built a strong foundation in the sciences. She then advanced to Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, one of the nation’s top dental schools, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2018. Following her graduation, Dr. Baftechi honed her skills as an associate dentist before realizing her dream of opening her own practice, Posh Smiles, in 2024.

What Dr. Baftechi loves most about being a dentist is getting patients out of pain and restoring their confidence with a beautiful, healthy smile. She is passionate about providing compassionate, one-on-one care and takes the time to connect with her patients personally. With her easygoing personality and genuine care, Dr. Baftechi treats every patient like family, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease during their visits.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Baftechi is dedicated to staying at the forefront of dental technology. She is constantly learning about the latest advancements in the field to offer her patients the best possible care.
